Tokenization 101

Tokenization is like creating a layer of stock, sliced up into many pieces, that people can purchase. The “tokens” are attached to something tangible of value in the real world, other than a company, like a painting, gold, or a rookie player card.
In this case, the tokens are attached to ByePuck — the tournament, the players, the tribe.
Fans invest in and generate wealth from their investment in ByePuck.

Example:

Someone buys a Picasso painting for $1 million. They create 100,000 digital tokens representing the asset that others can purchase for $10. If the painting increases in value to $5 million, a $10 token is now worth $50. Token holders can hold on to their tokens or sell them to another interested buyer at any time.
